Ria Ledwaba is also the owner of Ifihlile Training Academy, training technicians, and artisans in the Refrigeration and Air conditioners trades since 2008. She has broken barriers in the male-dominated industries, especially soccer. She is the founder of Ria Stars Football Club which played in the Premier Soccer League (PSL). She facilitated the establishment of the first Women's National League in South Africa, served as a Chairperson of Woman’s Football of the South African Football Association (SAFA), and Served as a member of the Premier Soccer League Board of Governors.
